Welcome back to ShylerCrochets! In this pattern, I’ll show you how to crochet the Braided Rope Floral Lace Maxi Skirt — a beautiful modification of our popular Crochet Braided Rope Skirt. This elegant maxi skirt is designed with a non see-through upper section, a delicate floral lace pattern cascading to the feet, and a braided waistband detail for a flattering finish.

It pairs perfectly with our Crochet Braided Rope Top to create a graceful, coordinated outfit ideal for summer days, beachwear, or even special events.

MATERIALS
-Yarn : Seagull 4 ply acrylic (fingering weight) : double strand
-Yarn amount : 1500 yards (approximately 5 balls of 300 yards and 50g each ball)
-If using 1 strand, you will need approximately 750 yards total
-Substitute yarn : paintbox cotton dk (1 strand or any yarn that recommends a 4mm hook)
-Hook : 4mm
-Scissors
-Darning needle
-Measuring tape
-Elastic strand

NOTE:
-I used a double strand for the upper section of the skirt and a single strand for the lower section to create a light flowy feel at the base of the skirt

Measurements needed :
-waist circumference
-Hip circumference
-waistline to where you want your skirt to stop (skirt length)
