MATERIALS
-Yarn : Seagull 4 ply acrylic (fingering weight) : double strand
-Yarn amount : 1000 yards (approximately 3 balls of 300 yards and 50g each ball)
-If using 1 strand, you will need approximately 500 yards total for a mini version
-Substitute yarn : paintbox cotton dk (1 strand or any yarn that recommends a 4mm hook)
-Hook : 4mm
-Scissors
-Darning needle

-Elastic strand

-waist circumference
-Hip circumference
-waistline to where you want your skirt to stop (skirt length)
